Hear the whisper of your body

  • Find a safe place - A place where you won't be disturbed - even the bathroom, where you know you won't be interrupted.

  • Do 3 things - Drink 1 cup of water as slowly as possible Listen to 3 songs that you know the words to Windmill your arms (above or to the side)

  • Ask 3 questions - which animals have multiple uteruses? What is the capital of Tanzania? When did wooly mammoths go extinct?

  • Find 10% more softness - blankets, candles, socks, pillows, music, lighting
