It’s not about conforming to others’ expectations; it’s about knowing what truly matters to you. When we live in alignment with our values, we make decisions that honour our inner truth, one choice at a time.
Boundaries are key in this process, as they create the space necessary for inner peace. They allow you to honour your needs, protect your energy, and stay connected to what’s truly important. By setting clear boundaries, you stop being overwhelmed by external pressures and start living with intention—choosing what serves your well-being and values. When we do this, we stop living for others and begin to create a life we don’t need to escape from.
Change starts when we know ourselves deeply and make choices that reflect who we are, not who we think we should be. Through my integrative counseling approach, you’ll learn to set those essential boundaries, embrace self-care, and cultivate a life that aligns with your authentic self. With 8 years of experience in depth psychotherapy, I combine evidence-based practices with intuitive inquiry, specializing in trauma-informed and spiritually integrative approaches through a Jungian Existential lens.
