Thrive Integrated Psychology

The fee for this online, self-serve course is $40. Employees who did not have the position-required trainings at the time of hire are given a 90-day grace period to complete the course and are responsible for the cost under the following conditions:

• Their existing certificate expires before the end of the probation period.
• This is the first time taking the course.
• They sign up and do not complete all the requirements.

If you would like the fee deducted from your paycheck, please connect with your supervisor to obtain the necessary form. 

Please note that recordings can be paused for breaks at your discretion, whether that is for 15 minutes or a day. Certificates will only be issued if you watch all the recordings, complete the interactive quizzes, and achieve a score of 80% or better on the final test. 

Chimo will reimburse employees up to $100 for renewals from other providers. All listed training costs are subsidized by Chimo. Our policy is that new hires are responsible for their initial training costs, while Chimo covers the cost of any renewals. Typically, we charge $100 per person for either Zoom or in-person trainings, a subsidized rate. For staff taking Thrive trainings, the fee is only $40. The purpose of charging a fee and implementing cancellation policies ensures our internal trainings are valued appropriately. 

If you are taking this course as a group, each person needs to create an account, run the video (with everyone but one person muted), and complete the interactive components on their own laptops.
